Latifa teaches traditional Saudi/Gulf dance at Roxy & Dukes, Dunellen, NJ

I’ll give a short lecture to set the dance in its cultural context, teach basic steps and movements, show you how to use the thobe (traditional oversize dancing dress) and then show a more modern approach so that you can use the movements appropriately in an oriental show. Please bring a thobe, or a standard rectangular veil.
